Criteria
- 1-10+ acres
- Property value up to $5,000,000 not including development costs
- Zoned land or a visible path to securing entitlements for 100+ units is ideal but will consider sites that can accommodate 40+
- Water Rights or a realistic path to obtaining them is required
- Must be within a 45-minute commute to a major resort market
